    Saturday: 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM

  • How does pick-up work?

We allow scheduled pick-up times to accommodate your convenience. For an additional fee, we offer a rush service for smaller dogs. The latest pick-up times are:

Weekdays (Tuesday - Friday): Until 5:00 PM

    Saturday: Until 3:00 PM

  • Where are the dogs held during grooming?

Dogs are kept in secure, climate-controlled drying kennels. Each dog has its own personal kennel, ensuring they do not share space with other dogs and do not meet each other.

  • Is my dog safe at your facility?

Absolutely. We are very transparent about our facility. We welcome you to tour our clean, well-maintained environment, which is designed to be disease-free. Our facility is regularly cleaned and sprayed down weekly, including the yard, to ensure a safe and healthy space for your dog.

  • Will bathing my dog before the grooming appointment save me money?

No, it won't. Bathing your dog before the appointment can actually make their fur more prone to matting. We use high-quality products and techniques to ensure the best grooming results.

Dog Training FAQ

  • Where is my dog held during training?

Your dog will be housed in spacious, secure runs that vary in size. These runs are designed to prevent any breakouts, ensuring your dog's safety and comfort.

  • What is a good age to start training?

Basic Training: Puppies can start basic training at 4-5 months old.

Advanced Training Packages: We recommend starting larger training packages when your dog is at least five months old.

  • Do you offer financing for training programs?

Yes, we do. We offer payment plans and financing options through PayPal, allowing you to pay for training in manageable installments.

  • What activities will my dog be doing during training?

Your dog will participate in a variety of activities, including:

Field Trips: Visits to places like Home Depot, parks, and pet-friendly restaurants.

Public Access Training: Helping your dog behave well in public settings.

Home Visits: Our trainers bring your dog to our home several times a week to reinforce training in a familiar environment.

  • What is the training process like?

    1. Evaluation: We start with an evaluation to understand your dog's behavior and to vet the owners, ensuring a good fit for our training program.

    2. Contract Signing: Once the evaluation is complete and the contract is signed, we begin the boarding and training process.

    3. Board and Train: For board and train programs, we allow warm-up sessions where your dog can meet Chris and get comfortable.

    4. Playcare: Your dog will have play sessions once a week for additional stimulation.

    5. Weekly Visits: Owners are welcome to visit their dog once a week for up to an hour.

    6. Ongoing Training: We focus on training both dogs and their owners, providing digestible techniques that you can continue at home.

  • Why choose our training program?

We believe in quality over quantity. Our board and train program is designed for committed owners who want the best for their dogs. Our goal is to ensure a positive experience for both dogs and their owners, providing effective training that can be reinforced in your home.
